Fox Hollow Elementary School, Lehi, Utah

by webmaster | Jun 20, 2016 | Stories

We received a Tweet from Matthew Goff,a sixth grade teacher at Fox Hollow Elementary School in Lehi, UT, which included the above picture. It read:

Rocks in our backpack lesson – the invisible weight we carry when we forget we matter. -#FoxHollowFlyers

It is a wonderful visual reminder of what we do to ourselves when we don’t believe that we’re enough.

We invited Matthew to publish this post about his lesson plan, which teaches us to kick out of our life the person inside us who talks to us that way.

We liked it so much that we’ve added it to our toolkit for making mattering part of your school culture.
